In the year 1933, founder Luther M.
Wallen started Wallen Wrecker Service & Garage. Throughout the years
Luther incorporated the Fuel Station, Auto Repair, Salvage Yard &
Restaurant all on one property. Many, many people & their families
remember Luther for his respected business.
In the 40's Luther married Cecille
King. Ironically Cecille's family were also in the wrecker service &
truck repair business as well as the well known restaurant "Kings
Korner". Many people today still have fond memories of both places.
Danny Lee Wallen was born to
Luther & Cecille in 1946 & began his journey into the automotive field.
Throughout his years nothing could ever make him outgrow his love for
wreckers. When the 60's rolled around, Danny & Brenda Smith were
married. Because of their hard work, dedication to the family business,
the support & loyalty of the community, the wrecker service was still
going strong.
In 1977 they added the third
generation to family business in the form of Daniel Luther Wallen. With
a lifetime of growing up in the towing industry, it just made since for
Daniel to continue in his families tradition. Daniel graduated school in
1996 and began full time with Danny & Brenda at Wallens Towing &
Recovery.

now offers Full Service Towing, Accident Recovery & Cleanup, Lockout
Service, Inside Monitored Vehicle Storage, Free Body Shop Estimates &
many other services that will help you out in your time of need.
A lot of hours and lives have been
spent in this business and the community has always stuck with our
company. As the motto reads "Yesterday • Today • Tomorrow" we
will be there for our community. Our continued service and respect has
and will always speak for itself.
